ORT (irregular-hours premium)

Define overtime, night, and other rate multipliers per industry, then link them to services so invoices calculate premium hours correctly.

Outcome

You can list schemes (optionally filtered by industry), open view, create a new scheme, and edit an existing one.

Who it's for

Company admin

Prerequisites

  • At least one company industry selected
  • Permission to manage ORT

Steps

  1. Open Business → Company → ORT (/company/irregularity-schemes). Optionally filter with ?industry_id= when arriving from an industry.
  2. Scan the list: description, industry, and how many services use each scheme. Search if the catalog is long.
  3. Open View (/company/irregularity-schemes/view?id=…) to confirm multipliers and service links before changing anything.
  4. Add Scheme → /company/irregularity-schemes/new (optional ?industry_id= or copy_from). Enter description, industry, and multiplier (for example 150 for overtime), then create.
  5. Edit (/company/irregularity-schemes/edit?id=…) to adjust description, industry, multiplier, or version/validity fields the form shows. Save. Schemes affect future invoicing when services reference them. Next in this cluster: Services.
