How linking looks
When a connected tool asks for access, you decide in Gig-a-tronic what it may do: read or write per area. High-impact actions stay off until you turn them on.
What you do with it
Optional tools suggest people for a shift. The planner confirms. The same assignment rules as in the planner apply. Nothing is scheduled without that confirmation.
Capabilities
Connected tools can find clients and projects, suggest assignable people, and create or update shifts, only within the permissions you grant, and only when that person is actually assignable.
- You approve access in Gig-a-tronic. Refuse a new consent to stop.
- Permission matrix: None / Read / Write per area (shifts, people, clients, invoices, and more)
- High-impact permissions stay off until you turn them on. Never added automatically from read-only.
- Suggest who fits by availability and requirements, the same way Smart Assign does. You confirm.
- Someone who is not assignable is blocked: the same check as in the planner, with a clear message
- For IT: protocol and consent details are on Technical fit.
Outcomes
Agents may propose the same actions a planner can take. You approve. Permissions and who may be assigned stay in Gig-a-tronic.
