Capabilities
Connected tools can find clients and projects, suggest assignable people, and create or update shifts, only within the permissions you grant, and only when that person is actually assignable.
- You approve access in Gig-a-tronic. Refuse a new consent to stop.
- Permission matrix: None / Read / Write per area (shifts, people, clients, invoices, and more)
- High-impact permissions stay off until you turn them on. Never added automatically from read-only.
- Suggest who fits by availability and requirements, the same way Smart Assign does. You confirm.
- Someone who is not assignable is blocked: the same check as in the planner, with a clear message
