People
See at a glance who you can deploy. Employees and freelancers sit in one place, with their availability, time off, certificates, and rate. So you plan with people who can actually work.
What you do with it
This is where you keep track of who works for you, when they can work, and which jobs they are allowed to do. Employees and freelancers sit in the same list. When you fill a shift, you see straight away who is available and meets the requirements. Smart Assign suggests candidates from the same information. You confirm.
Capabilities
Everything you need to know about your people to plan well, in one place. No separate leave list, no folder of certificates on a shared drive, and no rates in a spreadsheet.
- Employees and freelancers in one list. When someone stops working for you, you set them to inactive instead of deleting them.
- A regular weekly pattern per person, with standby hours if you use them. Copy a day to the rest of the week instead of filling in a fixed schedule day by day.
- Approve or decline time off and sick leave, with a reason. You see right away who is away and which shifts it affects.
- Diplomas, certificates, and registrations per person, with the proof attached. Anything still waiting to be checked shows up in your daily overview.
- One rate per person with a start date. Each shift uses the rate that applied that day, even if you change it later.
- Preferences per person, such as a regular client or location. Smart Assign takes them into account in its suggestions. You decide.
- Turn on the people portal and your people handle much of this themselves: they see their shifts, update their availability, request time off, and upload their documents.
What it looks like
Below is Noordzee Inzet BV, the fictional agency from our demo: from the people list to availability, time off, and each person's certificates and rate.
Everyone you deploy, in one list
Employees and freelancers side by side. You see who is active and whose document is still waiting to be checked. Open anyone's profile, including business details for freelancers.
Knowing who can work
Everyone has a regular weekly pattern. Time off and sick leave sit on top of that: you approve or decline a request and see straight away which shifts it affects.
Who can do what, and at what rate
For each person you record diplomas and certificates, with the proof attached. You approve them. The rate sits with the person too, so every shift lands on the invoice at the right amount.
Outcomes
You plan with people who can actually work and are allowed to do the job. Fewer shifts to refill at the last minute, fewer calls around to find someone, and rates that are right on the invoice.
