Portals
People and client portals for shifts, requests, documents, and invoice visibility, on the same administration as planners.
What you do with it
Portals give people and clients their own focused space. Planners keep the full picture. Portal users only see the shifts, requests, documents, or projects they need, with the same permissions.
Capabilities
People portal for who delivers the work; client portal for who buys it. Less email ping-pong, without leaving the system. Planner and finance access uses company roles and permissions in Settings → User management (Users and Roles). That is separate from the consent matrix under Integrations (optional).
- People overview: attention items, today’s and upcoming shifts, active time off, current shift when someone is on duty
- Shift tabs: My shifts, Pending approval, and Available shifts (on/off per company)
- Shift change requests and directions to the location from the people portal
- Calendar subscription for My shifts where enabled
- Document vault for uploads and evidence review
- Client KPIs: active projects, upcoming shifts, people on shifts, unpaid invoices
- Form to request a shift and track requested coverage
- Client visibility of projects, contracts, and recent invoices (open vs paid) per permissions
Outcomes
Fewer status emails and spreadsheet updates. People see or change the right data themselves. Permissions and history stay central.
