Clients & delivery
Clients, locations, projects, and roles. The same structure for planning and invoicing. Set up clients and requirements quickly.
What you do with it
Here you define who you work for: which client, at which location, under which project or contract, for which service. Planning and invoicing use the same definitions.
Capabilities
Build the client, location, contract, and project chain. Set up roles, clients, and requirements quickly. Via Settings → Data import (hidden in simple mode) you load CSVs for clients, services, locations, projects, people, and team, in that order so dependencies stay intact.
- Clients: list, create, edit, view, including inviting client users where that fits
- Locations per client (including map) with active or paused status
- Projects under clients, linked to services, with project qualifications where needed
- Contracts with start and end dates and status
- Services catalog by industry: active, pause, restore
- Company industries: choose which industries you serve (drives services and ORT premiums)
- Set up roles, clients, and requirements quickly
- Client requirements and client rates: the rate that applied that day (see Qualifications & rates)
- First-run setup wizard: Quick Setup or Full Setup. You can skip optional master data and finish it later
Outcomes
Planners and finance work from one client and job structure. Approved work maps to the right commercial context, without lining up spreadsheets.
