Reporting
See coverage, hours, outstanding invoices, and setup gaps in the same system as planning and invoicing. You pick a period, open a report, and export where the product allows.
What you do with it
This is where you see whether shifts are filled, whether people are overstretched, which hours still wait for review, and which invoices are outstanding. The numbers come from the same shifts and invoices as planning. Change a shift or an approval, and you see it in the report.
Capabilities
You pick a date range and browse four groups. Overview KPIs show the daily picture. Deeper reports have filters, and export where the product allows. Without the right permission, a report stays hidden.
- Shift analytics: KPIs, trends, and breakdowns by person or client, for the period you choose
- Hours by month, with filters on status, location, person, and client. You see planned versus approved hours
- Exceptions and quality: disputes, hours waiting for review, and late changes
- Coverage and fill rate: unfilled shifts by day, client, and location
- People capacity: utilization versus demand, and days when you risk running short
- Time-off report: by person, reason, and status
- Finance: age of outstanding invoices, overdue, revenue and VAT, plus margin on approved contractor work
- Setup status: missing rates or availability. This is a snapshot of today, not of the date range
What you will find
Operations, people, finance, and setup. Each report shares the hub date range, except setup status.
Operations
See whether shifts are filled, which hours still wait for review, and how the week is going.
People
See utilization versus demand, and who is away, before you promise a shift.
Finance
See outstanding invoices, revenue, and margin on approved contractor work.
Setup
See what still gets in the way of planning and invoicing: missing rates or availability.
How it looks
Below you see how Noordzee Inzet BV, the fictional agency from our demo, reads reports from the same data as planning and invoicing: from the catalog through operations and people, to outstanding invoices and setup gaps.
One catalog, one date range
Operations, people, finance, and setup sit on one Reports page. You pick a period once, then open the report you need.
Hours and deployment overview
Executed shifts at Zorggroep Havenstad BV, with period, engagement, and Ready for Invoice already set. Export is on the same page.
Shifts, coverage, and exceptions
See how many shifts ran, where coverage held, hours by month, and what still waits for review.
Who can work
Capacity versus demand, and who is away, so you do not over-promise staffing.
Outstanding invoices and setup gaps
Ageing of unpaid invoices, margin on approved contractor work, and missing rates or availability that get in the way.
Outcomes
You run people and delivery from the same data as planning and invoicing. An export is a snapshot; you keep working in Gig-a-tronic.
